DERYtelecom is a regional company in business since 1954 which has risen to 3rd place among Quebec cable distributors. Present in rural communities, it pursues the objective of offering telecommunications services, today considered essential, such as those found in large centers, without compromising on quality and price.

2007 CoopTel and DERYtelecom acquire Câble Axion in Magog, doubling the number of subscribers
2010 Acquisition of the Cablevision network (Bas-Saint-Laurent and Montérégie)
2010 Technical support by phone becomes Impartel
2013 Acquisition of a portion of the Cogeco network in the north of Lac-Saint-Jean
2014 Extension of the territory served (Outaouais, Lanaudière, Laurentides and Portneuf)
2015 DERYtelecom was named "Company of the Year" by the Saguenay–Le Fjord Chamber of Commerce and Industry
2016 DERYtelecom passes into the hands of some of its directors
2016 A fire ravages the Saint-Raymond branch
2016 Extension of the territory served (Laurentides, Outaouais)

2018 DERYtelecom becomes the sole owner of Câble Axion
